Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Designing, printing and shipping usually takes 10-20 working days. Before you add your product to the shopping cart, you will see the estimated delivery time below the “Add to cart” button.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country worldwide.
What will shipping cost me?
Currently, we offer free shipping on ALL orders.
When exactly will my parcel arrive? Where is the tracking link?
Under the button “Add to cart” you will see your estimated delivery time and you will be notified by email when your package is shipped. If you cannot find the message, please check your spam folder.
Why is the tracking not updating?
Once your parcel has left our production facility, it always takes a little while for the parcel to be processed by the shipping service provider and you will see the delivery date in the tracking system after 1-2 days.
Order
How do I order from Zimeo?
To order a product, follow these steps:
- Go to lytoop.com.
- Select your desired product.
- Customise it according to your preferences.
- Check preview and click on "Add to cart".
- Click on "Proceed to checkout".
Fill in the required fields and complete the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation via email afterwards.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay via PayPal, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut and Apple Pay. To process your order securely, all your data is SSL-encrypted.
Why can't I place an order?
If you are unable to complete your order, please follow these steps:
1. Reload the page or try to complete your order using a different browser.
2. Please check if you have filled in all required fields correctly. if it still does not work, please contact our email at support@lytoop.com. We will be happy to help you!
Is an invoice included in the package?
No, we do not include the invoices in the parcel. So you can send the parcel directly to the person who should receive it. 🎁
Changes & Returns
Can I still make adjustments once I have completed my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order until it has been printed. We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that amendments will be possible. Please send your updated personalised content to support@lytoop.com.
In order to guarantee delivery before Christmas, it may not possible to change or cancel your order and the canvases will be forwarded to production as soon as the order is placed so that they can be printed as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product?
Unfunteuenatly, personalised products are excluded from return by law.
My product was delivered damaged or of inferior quality. What should I do?
This should not happen! Please send us an email to support@lytoop.com with a picture of your damaged product. We will then check your request immediately and get back to you. 😊
